MyAccount is Anchor’s online system enabling customers to securely access their personal information, including rental and leaseholder account detail, at any time.
The information that you can see by logging on to MyAccount is the same information used by us at Anchor. All details are live, so they are up-to-date, and as MyAccount is accessible 24-hours a day, it is now easier to keep track of your rent and service charge payments.
Through MyAccount rental customers will be able to view details of rent balances, rent and service charge payments and monthly charges. Anchor leasehold customers will be able to view balances and payments made.
