Working with community partners to provide housing solutions for older people

Working in partnership with key health and social care professionals in the community is the cornerstone to our approach in both our housing and care services for the older people.

We understand the challenges you face on a daily basis and are keen to work with you to ensure vulnerable older people in the communities near our rented housing with extra care properties can be supported all year round.
