The development is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Walmley Village, close to Royal Sutton Coldfield and surrounding areas either by car or bus. Transport links include a rail station approximately 3 miles away. Walmley Village amenities include a Co-op supermarket, chemists, post office, doctors, optician, dentist, a church and a pub that serves food. An Asda superstore is a mile away and Sainsbury’s about 3 miles away. Other local amenities include a library and a nearby nature walk through Newhall Park into Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Centre.
In addition to each individual private property, we provide a communal lounge, a free on-site laundry, well maintained landscaped gardens, and 40 allocated parking spaces.
