At Tudor Court leasehold retirement development, we offer 43 one bedroom and 12 two bedroom purpose-built properties for sale for people over the age of 60. Please note that current lease requirements are age 60 and over for women and age 65 and over for men.
The development is situated in Biggin Hill close to Westerham and has excellent transport links to the city centres, Bromley and Croydon. The local shops are within walking distance and include supermarkets, a post office, library, bakery, hairdressers and cafes. There are doctors’ surgeries in both Biggin Hill and Westerham. Other local amenities include a Leisure Centre and nearby parks and woodlands also two golf courses.
In addition to each individual private property, all Anchor estates offer some shared facilities, available for the use and enjoyment of all the residents, and managed and maintained by Anchor. In addition to each individual private property, all Anchor estates offer some shared facilities, available for the use and enjoyment of all the residents, and managed and maintained by Anchor.
Shared facilities vary from one estate to the next. Anchor estates offer some or all of the following:

- lifts where appropriate in shared buildings of two or more floors
- maintained gardens for all residents to enjoy

How much does it cost?
Properties for sale
Service charges start at £217.72 per month. They cover the costs associated with the day to day repair and management of the estate, including insurance of the building and maintenance of communal areas.
What is included in leasehold charges?
The services provided by our estate managers include: liaising with residents and prospective residents; making sure the estate is safe, secure and welcoming; maintaining the building and managing the estate. The costs for these services, carried out by our professional staff, are included in the monthly service charge.
All this has the added advantage of protecting property values for all residents.
The estate manager is available to discuss financial issues related to the running of the estate. The audited accounts will be sent to you by post every year. Actual expenditure is monitored against the annual budget throughout the year and service charges are reviewed annually.
