Anchor's Customer Experience Hub and Customer Relations teams will be available during the holidays as follows:

• Monday 23 December – 8am – 6pm
• Tuesday 24 December – 8am – 6pm
• Wednesday 25 December – Closed
• Thursday 26 December – Closed
• Friday 27 December – 8am - 6pm
• Saturday 28 December – 8am – 4pm
• Sunday 29 December  –   Closed
• Monday 30 December –   8am – 6pm
• Tuesday 31 December – 8am – 6pm
• Wednesday 1 January  – Closed
• Thursday 2 January  – 8am - 6pm

Open as normal from Thursday 2 January 2024.

The team that looks after Anchor's social media will also be celebrating the holidays and will be unable to answer messages between the 25 - 26 December and 1 January.

As ever, our Anchor on Call emergency alarm system remains accessible to all customers 24-hours a day. If you require emergency assistance please don't hesitate to use your pull cord or personal alarm pendant.
